TERMS
ALL merchandise in this catalog qualifies for discounts.
Discounts are calculated and printed on your invoice and
applies when invoice is paid within the following terms:
C.O.D:
Payment by cash or check automatically qualifies
customer for a
10% discount off all catalog prices
.
Carriers charge a fee to collect C.O.D. and CASH COD.
This fee is always the responsibility of the customer.
OPEN TERMS:
Customer must submit a credit applica-
tion to apply for open terms.
Under open terms, a 10%
discount is applied to catalog prices,
except closeouts.
The discount price is clearly printed at the lower right of
the invoice along with the discount due date. Invoices not
paid within the discount period are due in full. Invoices
are attached to the outside of the shipped merchandise.
The customer is responsible for removing this invoice and
mailing payment in time (as reflected by the postmark

)
to qualify for the discount. If you do not purchase within
a nine month period it may be necessary to re-establish
open terms, requiring a new credit inquiry, or your
account will change to C.O.D. Terms for open account:
10%–10 days; Net–11 Days. Other terms are available.
*Postmark on payment determines payment receipt date.
CHARGE CARD:
Qualifies for a 5% discount on catalog
prices. First time charge card orders must be submitted in
writing, by mail or FAX, and must include the signature of
the account holder.
PREPAYMENT:
Prepayment is required on special
orders.
FEDERAL EXCISE TAX:
Prices include the 10% Federal
Excise tax where applicable.
All dealers are given an account number which should
be applied to all orders and payments. If you do not
know your account number call our office.
Prices in this catalog supercede prices in all previous Merrick Tackle catalogs. Prices are subject to
change without notice. We apologize for any typographical errors, but we cannot honor any pricing
or quantity errors.
PLEASE NOTE: Manufacturers may change their prices any time during the year. Prices will be
billed accordingly. Before quoting prices to your customers, please feel free to call and ask for
price verification over the phone.
Placement of your order indicates acceptance of this price policy.
