The newest, in seamless, synthetic grip material,
Sharkskin
™
is designed to be a super tough, seamless,
waterproof skin that is stronger than cork tape.
It comes with a factory-applied sealant which is a heat-
activated, thermoplastic material that remains soft and flexible over long
periods under adverse environmental conditions. During heating the
sealant softens and bonds to underlying surfaces.
A similar concept to our popular Quick Grip
™
, Sharkskin
™
differs in that
it is thicker and has glue. Like Quick Grip
™
it can be put on over guides
or slipped on from the back to install it as a foregrip. The smooth surface
will help to reduce sticking to the rod holder when trolling. This new
material is
sold in 4 ft lengths: the shrink ratio is 3:1.

COLD SHRINK™
Open ended, tubular, rubber sleeves that have been factory expanded and
assembled onto a removable core. The core is removed after the tube has
been positioned for installation over the grip, allowing the tube to shrink
and form a water-resistant seal. Made with EPDM rubber. Available only
in black.
