Painted Fuji Reel Seats
Each custom, hand painted seat goes through a multi-step process to get this incredible finish. All seats are
prepared for painting by being sanded and degreased. A specially formulated base coat is applied for good
adhesion between the seat and paint. Fuji seat material does not except paint easily. The seat is then prepared
for a two-step color coat, with a light sanding before and after each color. A final clear coat is applied to give
the seat the very hard finish which prevents damage and scratches. The seats must then dry for 48 hours.
Once again Merrick Tackle is offering you a product that is totally unlike anything you can find
elsewhere! These seats will give your custom rod a very ritzy look!
